RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@srilankajeepsafari.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

● For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start
time.
● If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount
you paid will not be refunded.
● Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not
be accepted.
● Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
● This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather,
you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
